Just a short flight from Fiji, diving in Solomon Islands is spectacular! Brilliant soft corals and hard corals, huge sea fans and a world of pelagics as well as many unidentified species of reef fish make diving in Solomons an adventure you won't forget. Add to this the thrill of WWII wreck diving, a vibrant local culture and friendly people, making our 11-day, 10-night dive expedition to the stunningly beautiful Solomon Islands an unforgettable experience.
Solomon Islands offer incredibly healthy, pristine reefs, dizzying drop-offs, awe-inspiring WWII wrecks, an exceptional marine biodiversity and the best part: absence of crowds! Imagine yourself exploring not only pristine reef but also sunken ships, aircraft, even submarines. After WWII, the waters between the Florida Islands and Guadalcanal were renamed "Iron Bottom Sound" because of the 200 ships, 690 aircraft and countless landing barges that sunk there during many months of battle.

The reefs start very close to the surface, so there's little need for deep dives. Often the reefs drop off gradually, allowing you to explore extensively at relatively shallow depths. Visibility will range from 75 to 125 feet. In some cases, vis may be only 10-15 feet from all the fish blocking your view! Solomon Islands' water are nutrient-rich and support the entire food chain from microscopic critters to major predators. Many of the islands are surrounded by deep walls, allowing you to interact with schools of pelagics. Magical manta ray encounters and unforgettable shark dives are just a few of the awesome SCUBA diving experiences that await you in the Solomon Islands. The diversity is hard to beat!
